This policy covers aalismc.com, the public website of Aalis Management Consulting (“Aalis,” “we”). It does not cover systems we operate for federal customers, which follow the terms of those contracts.
Information you give us
Contact form. When you use the form on our Contact page, we collect your name, email address, organization, reason for contact, and message. The form sends that information to our team by email through Microsoft 365 so we can reply. We use it only to respond to you and to keep a record of the conversation.
Email. If you email us directly, we receive whatever you include in the message.
Job applications. Our Careers page lists openings from iSolved Hire, our applicant tracking provider. When you apply, you are on an iSolved site and your application is handled under iSolved’s privacy policy as well as ours.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, ours uses analytics tools to understand how people find and use it. These tools collect information such as pages viewed, time on page, the site that referred you, your approximate location based on IP address, and your browser, device, and screen size.
- Google Analytics 4. Measures visits and traffic sources using first-party cookies. Google processes this data under its own privacy policy. Aggregated reports may be stored in Google Cloud for our internal reporting.
- Microsoft Clarity. Records how visitors scroll, click, and move through pages, and produces heatmaps and session replays so we can find confusing or broken parts of the site. Clarity masks text typed into form fields by default. We have turned off Clarity’s advertising cookies; it uses only first-party cookies on aalismc.com to link the pages of a single visit.
- Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights. Our hosting provider measures page views and page load performance in aggregate, without cookies.
Our Contact page also shows an embedded Google Map, which may set Google cookies when it loads. Links to LinkedIn, Facebook, and other sites take you to services with their own policies.
How we use information
We use information to answer your questions, consider job applicants, and improve the website. We do not sell personal information, we do not share it for targeted advertising, and we do not run advertising retargeting on this site.
Your choices
- You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The site works without them.
- Google offers a browser add-on to opt out of Google Analytics.
- You can ask us what information you have sent us through the contact form or by email, or ask us to correct or delete it, by writing to info@aalismc.com.
Retention and security
We keep contact form messages and emails only as long as we need them to respond and keep business records. Analytics data is kept under the retention settings of each analytics provider. We protect information with the security controls of the services we use, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) on every page.
Children
This website is intended for businesses and government audiences. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes to this policy
If we change how the site collects or uses information, we will update this page and the date at the top.
